The company history

Artistic demands meets marketing.

Detached from any economic thinking, Gertrud Mitterstieler-Widmann gave shape to her inner expression more than 50 years ago and created art for art's sake. Her work has always been based on the typical, classic sculptural theme, the figure in the naturalism.

It was only Alexander Widmann, one of her three sons, who recognized the economic potential of the mother's gift and created an arts and crafts company from it. 

For Alexander Widmann and his mother, the personal, individual and artistic have been the cornerstones of the company as we can still see it today.

In the last few decades, Alexander Widmann has worked closely with well-known designers and architects, and implemented their creative ideas precisely. Gigantic projects for the Hotel Bellagio, the Hotel Venetian in Las Vegas, or in various RITZ hotel chains, where countless natural stone sculptures, plant vases, fountains and wall fountains give these hotels their unique flair, highly appreciated by hotel guests from all over the world and keeping them coming back again and again.
 
Alexander Widmann also implements smaller projects for private customers with the same attention to detail, conscientiously, professionally and promptly. Personal contact and direct customer care are always the focus of his actions.
